This year, Josiah is thankful for his family and for some new friends at school. He seems to enjoy playing at recess and talking to Jovey and Jabari who are both at his table. He was even invited to a few birthday parties. Josiah is now starting to seem excited about (well, at least not averse to) going to school. Going to school full day was exhausting, but with lunch at home a few times a week and the promise of doing whatever he desired with his free time at home, the transition wasn't too bad at all.

Potty humor never grows old for boys, though, and since he couldn't write that he was thankful for poop on his note at Grandma and Grandpa's, he chose "Captain Underpants." There are so many things to be thankful for, and Josiah is indeed full of thanksgiving to God.
